Multi-channel CellTest® System
The 1470E multi-channel potentiostat has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of electrochemists and material scientists to enable the rapid generation of high quality, accurate and repeatable data. The 1470E is ideal for research, development and quality assurance of new sensors, corrosion/coatings, battery materials and fuel cells. Coupled with a Solartron 145x series frequency response analyzer (FRA), the 1470E becomes the most powerful multi-channel potentiostat with impedance capability on the market today.

- Eight fully independent channels per unit
- simultaneous high-speed impedance tests on multiple cells using 145x series FRAs in single sine correlation or multi-sine / FFT mode
- Current measurement ranges; 5A to 50µA (6 ranges)
- High data acquisition rates (up to 10ksamples/second) for GSM / CDMA mobile phone applications
- Floating measurement system alllows flexibility in connections for high power applications (parallel channels etc.)
Options
- 14702A auxiliary voltage card. Eight differential voltage measurement channels used to monitor voltage and impedance from within the fuel cell or battery under test
- 14703A auxiliary temperature card. Eight temperature channels that are compatible with E, J, K and T type thermocouples. Twenty-four independent control switch outputs for controlling external devices such as power boosters, valves, relays, heaters etc.
